Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

Return Period: Customers can return or exchange products within 30 days from the date of purchase.

No Returns on Altered Garments: Please ensure you select the correct size when placing your order. Returns are not available for altered garments. We guarantee to process the exact size as specified in your request.

Return process:

1. The customer must arrange and return the garment using any courier service.
2. Share the Tracking number and account details with us at our Whatsapp number (03434877970) or Email us at denimleftovershop1@gmail.com
   
3. Upon receiving the product, our quality inspection team will assess its condition.
4. A refund will be issued to the customer's provided bank account, and the amount will be credited within 2-3 working days after we receive the returned products.
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Process:

1. For an exchange, the customer must place a new order and mention the previous order number in the comments.
2. Customer must return the garment first through any courier service.
3. Once the returned parcel is received, the new order will be dispatched after inspecting the condition of the garment.
4. Shipping charges remain non-refundable.
